Hi Everyone!
This is going to be so much fun!! I have a great partner, we have a lot in common where knitting & crafts are concerned. I have already started with my package, I saw something yesterday while I was out shopping that would be perfect!! Now I’m trying to think of other items to include, like the pattern!! Hmmmm…. I’ll have to research that one a bit.

Just thought I’d say “Hi fellow swappers”, this sounds like a great idea for a swap and I’m really looking forward to putting together a parcel for my swap partner and getting to know her a little. The evenings are drawing in now here in England so I’m turning more to knitting projects as I can’t spend as much time in my garden so getting a little parcel with a surprise project in will be wonderful

This is a reciprocal swap, meaning you will be sending to & receiving from the same person. Due to a few last minute registrations, we are at 54 participants! Because there is an even number of participants I will be sitting out of the actual swapping. This will allow me to act as backup if anyone is unable to complete the swap.

Thanks to all who signed up. I am busily registering the last few participants and hope to start sending out pairings tonight.
We have 52 participants from the US, Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand, Chile, Japan, Sweden, Germany & Singapore!

Another Quick Update
Hi All! We are currently at 25 registrants from 5 countries (including the US). I have a few emails waiting for me that will be registered tonight. If you sent in your questionnaire prior to today you should have received an email invite to join the blog. If you haven’t seen it yet, please check your spam filter. If it’s not there, send me a quick email and I will get the invite out to you.
For Ravelry users: I plan on setting up a group for the swap this evening and will let you all know once it is up & running.
Also, I had this question in comments from Amanda:

Yes, It is just a one-time, one package swap. If this goes well & there is interest I will probably set up a second exchange in January.

Registration Update
Hi all!
Things seem to be running smoothly so far. We currently have 15 participants registered (not including myself) and have 1 week before registration is complete. So spread the word, the more the merrier!
Also, if anyone is interested in making a banner or button for the swap please let me know. I am graphically-challenged and can really use the help.
